Der er grund til optimisme i dansk økonomi. Beskæftigelsen er fortsat med at stige, inflationen er nede på et mere normalt niveau, og husholdningerne oplever igen stigende købekraft. Aktiviteten og beskæftigelsen ventes fortsat at ligge på et højt niveau i de kommende år. Det viser prognosen i den nye Økonomisk Redegørelse.
Dansk økonomi befinder sig fortsat et godt sted. Selvom økonomien har været igennem en periode med høje energipriser, høj inflation, stigende renter og stagnation i udlandet, er beskæftigelsen fortsat med at stige. Samtidig er inflationen faldet markant, og husholdningerne oplever igen stigende købekraft.
Der vurderes at være gode muligheder for vækst i den indenlandske økonomi de kommende år som følge af reallønsfremgangen. En ventet bedring i udlandet kan også bidrage til en bred fremgang på tværs af brancher.
Samlet set vurderes dansk økonomi at vokse med 2,7 pct. i 2024 og 1,8 pct. i 2025. Det er en opjustering af forventningen fra december. Inflationen ventes i prognoseperioden at ligge omkring 2 pct.

En Fantastisk , innovativ og stor kunstnerisk oplevelse ud over det sædvanlige. Det resulterede i kæmpe applauser og multiple fremkaldelser til slut fra et begejstret engageret publikum .
Det var en lun forårsaften i Tivoli til premieren torsdag den 16. maj, hvor flere prominente gæster og forventningsfulde publikummer var mødt op på den røde løber for at opleve Hamburg Ballet, John Neumeier i Tivolis Koncertsal. Under forestillingen The World of John Neumeier – An Autobiography in Dance guider den verdensberømte koreograf og kunstneriske leder af Hamburg Ballet, John Neumeier, publikum gennem stadierne af sin mangeårige karriere. John Neumeier medvirker selv i forestillingerne på scenen med sine dansere.
Balletten byder også på et dansk islæt. Den danske Reumert-vindende solodanser Ida Praetorius, en af Hamburg Ballets stjernedansere, vender kortvarigt hjem til Danmark for at medvirke i The World of John Neumeier fra den 16. til den 18. maj 2024 i Tivolis Koncertsal.
Hamburg Ballet er blandt verdens ledende balletkompagnier, og John Neumeier regnes i ballettens verden for en levende legende. De fire forestillinger af balletgallaen The World of John Neumeier, markerer 50 år med John Neumeier, som har stået i spidsen af kompagniet siden 1973.

BKD ( Bager- & Konditormestre i Danmark) og Den Franske Ambassade torsdag d. 16. maj 2024:
Vindere af årets baguette-bager 2024
Den klassiske baguette, som er kendt og elsket verden over, blev optaget på UNESCO’s verdensarvsliste i 2022, og blev fejret i dag med manér. I samarbejde med BKD – Bager- & Konditormestre i Danmark og med støtte fra den danske UNESCO- nationalkommission har den Franske Ambassade i dag afholdt en konkurrence om den ærefulde titel ”Årets baguette-bager”på ambassaden.
16 bagere fra hele Danmark har deltaget i konkurrencen og efter at have smagt sig igennem de mange lækre baguetter og vurderet dem nøje ud fra kriterier, som bl.a. duft, sprødhed, farve og krumme m.v., men også vægt (ml. 250 og 260 gram), længde (ml. 45 og 50 cm) og de obligatoriske 5 knivslag, kunne juryen udråbe vinderne.
1. plads: Sanjiv Giri, Maison D’Brød, Charlottenlund
2. plads: Kazuhiro Takami-san, Andersen Bakery
3. plads: Arnoud Marron, Juno The Bakery

6 05 2024 The Danish government hosted an international conference on migration challenges. A number of decision-makers and experts from Europe, the Middle East and Africa participated here to discuss new solutions for the European asylum system. Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen gave an opening speech at 10:00.
